The invention provides a thawing device which can easily adjust the exhaust amount of steam based on an object to be thawed. The thawing device 10 includes a cabinet 11 having a thawing chamber 12 inside, a steam generation mechanism 20 generating steam supplied to the thawing chamber 12 to thaw the object to be thawed, and an exhaust mechanism 40 for exhausting the steam supplied to the thawing chamber 12 to the outside.
