PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave measurement device for measuring an accurate heartbeat by detecting a false peak for each beat and removing the detected peak.SOLUTION: The pulse wave measurement device includes: generating differential data B1 and B2 indicating the waveform of differential pulse wave obtained by differenciating a pulse wave waveform and smoothing the same detecting peak data P1 indicating the time of generation of an upper peak of the waveform of differential pulse wave on the basis of the differential data B1 indicating the waveform of differential pulse wave of a small degree of smoothing and detecting peak data P2 indicating the time of generation of an upper peak of the waveform of differential pulse wave on the basis of the differential data B2 indicating the waveform of differential pulse wave of a large degree of smoothing rearranging the respective samples of the peak data P1 and the respective samples of the peak data P2 in time series detecting the number of times of continuation of the samples of the peak data P1 generating the reliability indicating the possibility that the samples of the peak data P1 are each true peak on the basis of the number of times of continuation generating third peak data obtained by imparting the reliability to each of the samples of the peak data P1 and computing intervals of pulse wave on the basis of the peak data P3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】1拍ごとの偽ピークを検出し、この影響を排除した正確な心拍を計測する。【解決手段】脈波計測装置は、脈波波形を微分すると共に平滑化した微分脈波波形を示す微分データB1及びB2を生成し、平滑化の程度が小さい微分脈波波形を示す微分データB1に基づいて、微分脈波波形の上側ピークの発生時刻を示すピークデータP1を検出する一方、平滑化の程度が大きい微分データB2に基づいて、微分脈波波形の上側ピークの発生時刻を示すピークデータP2を検出し、ピークデータP1の各サンプルとピークデータP2の各サンプルとを時系列に並べ替え、ピークデータP1のサンプルが連続する回数を検知し、連続する回数に基づいてピークデータP1の各サンプルが真のピークである可能性を示す信頼度を生成し、ピークデータP1の各サンプルに対して信頼度を付与した第3のピークデータを生成し、ピークデータP3に基づいて脈波間隔を演算する。【選択図】図5
