Protecting crops during their culture, comprises burying an insecticidal composition present in the form of a bait comprising an active ingredient and a carrier in the soil. An independent claim is included for producing the bait including the active ingredient and the carrier, comprising preparing a mixture of different ingredients of composition with active ingredient and carrier, compacting the obtained mixture for obtaining granules, and cutting the obtained granules.
