A method for resecting parenchymatous organ comprises applying the strip of the polypropylene meshed material, at least wide, onto the base of the presumptive resection line encircling the part of the organ in a sleeve-shaped mode. The ends of the sleeve are sutured with the separate interrupted sutures from the bottom of the organ, and the sleeve is fixed to the top of the organ with the separate interrupted sutures. 4-6 U-shaped Kuznetsov-Penskyi sutures are applied with the long straight blunt needle involving the anterior and posterior sheets of the strip and the entire depth of the organ. The part of the organ is resected along the free distal edge of the strip of the polypropylene meshed material with ultrasonic scalpel or the apparatus for the biological welding of the tissues with ligation of the large ducts and blood vessels on the surface of the wound in the organ. The thin layer of platelet concentrate is applied onto surface of the wound. The fragment of the polypropylene meshed material is tailored matching the size of the stump and soaked with the platelet concentrate. The tailored fragment of the polypropylene meshed material is sutured with the separate interrupted sutures involving the tissue of the organ and the distal edges of the applied strip. Finally, the strip is fixed to the tissue of the organ in the center of the stump with separate interrupted sutures.Спосіб резекції паренхіматозного органа включає накладення смужки поліпропіленового сітчастого матеріалу завширшки не менше на основу передбачуваної лінії резекції з охопленням частки органа у вигляді муфти, зі зшиванням кінців муфти окремими вузловими швами у нижнього краю органа, з фіксацією її окремими вузловими швами до тканини органа у верхнього його краю. Накладають довгою прямою тупокінцевою голкою 4-6 П-подібних швів Кузнєцова-Пенського з прошиванням переднього і заднього листка смужки і всієї товщі органа.
