The present disclosure relates to a composition comprising: a) at least one polymer of Formula I b) at least one drug c) at least one nucleic acid and d) at least one stabilizer. The composition delivers the drug and the nucleic acid to cells in a stimulus sensitive manner, wherein the nucleic acid inhibits the upregulation of anti-apoptotic proteins, thereby leading to reduction in non-pump related drug resistance.
