PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform hemostasis with a simple structure.
SOLUTION: A plate-like base material 2 of the hemostasis tool 1 is made of a material having such a capability as not to absorb blood and such a rigidity as not to bend when used. A finger storage part 3 and an inclined annular part 4 are disposed on the top surface of the base material 2. The finger storage part 3 is formed in the shape of a mortar which is gradually depressed downward toward the center from the peripheral edge of the base material 2. The inclined annular part 3 encloses the finger storage part 3, and is gradually inclined downward toward the peripheral edge of the base material 2 from the peripheral edge of the finger storage part 3. An uneven part 5 is formed on the under surface of the base material 2. When the hemostasis tool 1 is pressed with a finger inserted into the finger storage part 3 against a hemostatic sanitary material covering a puncture hole of a scar after removal of an injection needle, catheter or tube toward the puncture hole side, the uneven part 5 cuts into the top surface of the hemostatic sanitary material, and therefore, the hemostasis tool 1 does not slide in the lateral direction so that the hemostasis can be appropriately performed.
