The present invention relates to tolperisone and paracetamol tablet combination composition suitable for oral administration. Dosages of the two agents include all dosages at which these agents are used individually. Further, invention relates to a process for preparation of solid oral pharmaceutical composition comprising tolperisone and paracetamol. Typically, the tablet composition is prepared by using extrusion spheronization technology. Preferably, the tablet is provided as single layer tablet suitable for oral administration.
