PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transdermic absorbed agent packaging bag which can be torn open easily and certainly in a hooked manner along two vertical and horizontal sides adjacent to each other.SOLUTION: Unsealing assisting means 20 and 30 each composed of rows of perforations are formed vertically and horizontally between seal portion 2 and 3 of two adjacent vertical and horizontal sides and a transdermic absorbed agent B along the inner edges of the seal portions 2 and 3, respectively. At least one cut row 21 on the seal portion side and one cut row 22 on the inner side are formed as an unsealing assisting means 20 across an unsealing preparation line L2 along the seal portion 2 while at least one cut row 31 on the seal portion side and one cut row 32 on the inner side are formed as an unsealing assisting means 30 across an unsealing preparation line L3 along the seal portion 3.
