The present invention discloses a prefilled syringe made up of cyclic olefin copolymer that gives 100% sterile drug delivery system and is cost reductive. The present syringe is with sticked needle having a unique feature with a constriction in the neck of proximal end of the syringe which does not allow glue to enter the chamber containing medicine. Another embodiment of the present invention is the syringe with luer lock for the fixation of the needle where the barrel and luer lock is made as single unit. The prefilled syringe includes a cylindrical barrel a plunger a needle adhered to the proximal end of the barrel and a needle cap to secure the needle. This maintains the aseptic condition of the present invention.
