Disclosed herein are an in situ-forming, bioadhesive hydrogel and the medical uses thereof. Being formed by in situ crosslinking through an enzymatic reaction, the hydrogel has an advantage over conventional bioadhesive hydrogels in terms of biocompatibility. In addition, the in situ-forming bioadhesive hydrogel has excellent biocompatibility and mechanical strength and has excellent tissue adhesiveness thanks to modification with/without dopa derivatives. The hydrogel finds a variety of applications in the biomedical field, including bioadhesives or hemostats, implant substances for tissue regeneration and augmentation, carriers for delivering biologically active materials or drugs, etc.Linvention concerne un hydrogel bio-adhésif à formation in situ et les utilisations médicales associées. Étant formé par réticulation in situ au moyen dune réaction enzymatique, lhydrogel présente un avantage sur les hydrogels bio-adhésifs classiques en termes de biocompatibilité. En outre, lhydrogel bio-adhésif à formation in situ a une excellente biocompatibilité, une excellente résistance mécanique et a une excellente adhésivité tissulaire grâce à la modification avec ou sans dérivés de dopa. Lhydrogel trouve une diversité dapplications dans le domaine biomédical, comprenant les bio-adhésifs ou les pinces hémostatiques, les substances dimplant pour la régénération et laugmentation tissulaire, les véhicules de délivrance de matériaux biologiquement actifs ou de médicaments, etc.
