PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and light weight blood pump controller having high waterproofness capable of preventing an operation error in battery exchange.SOLUTION: A blood pump controller 1 includes: a controller body 100 for driving a blood pump； a battery pack 200 having a first face F1 on which a battery connection connector S210 is disposed for supplying stored power to the controller body 100； and a battery housing body 10a having a second face F2 on which a battery connection connector R110 is disposed in which a slot 120 for housing and holding the battery pack 200 is provided.
