The present invention relates to a method for preparing materials for instant frying and a method for making a fried dish using the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the method for preparing materials for instant frying, comprises the steps of: (a) maintaining materials for frying for a predetermined time while the materials are immersed in a curing agent； (b) coating the stuff for frying with a batter powder solution for the binding of a breading powder； (c) binding the breading powder to the materials for frying coated with the batter powder solution； (d) coating the materials for frying, on which the breading powder has been bound, with coating fat； (e) maintaining the materials for frying coated with the coating fat for a predetermined time to coagulate the coating fat； and (f) heating and cooking the materials for frying, of which the coating fat has been coagulated, at a predetermined temperature.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de matériaux pour friture instantanée et un procédé pour préparer un plat frit les employant.
