The present invention relates to a trifarotene-containing composition for topical application which is not rinsed and is in the form of a non-rinsed foam for application to the skin, comprising: - at least one intermediate composition, - at least one agent gas generator, at least one activating agent of the gas generating agent, and trifarotene or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
