PURPOSE: A snow removing system for a facility is provided to enable users to remotely control the system, and to use an environment-friendly liquid snow removal agent.CONSTITUTION: A storage tank(60) stores a liquid snow removal agent. A pump(50) is connected to the storage tank which discharges the liquid snow removal agent. A control device(40) transmits a control signal which controls the operation of the pump. A pipe(70) is connected to the pump which is used as a transfer path of the liquid snow removal agent. A jet hole(80) is formed to be separated from the pipe so as to spray the liquid snow removal agent. A modem(46) converts a remote signal transmitted from wireless telecommunication equipment of a facility manager to an electric signal. The remote signal is a text message transmitted through a short message service(SMS) of a mobile phone. The control device converts a measurement signal which is received from a load cell(20) installed for measuring the snowfall to an electrical control signal.
