The present invention relates to a treatment system for sterilizing and removing odor from organic waste, whereby an odorous gas is admitted into an inner radiant heat region of a combustion path used for thermal sterilization and thermally oxidized therein, such that methane and ammonia in the odorous gas are also combusted, and odorous molecules are thermally decomposed, thereby allowing odor removal and sterilization to be simultaneously executed using self-generated heat without additional energy being consumed for odor removal. The treatment system of the present invention comprises: a combustion means (20) which is connected to a burner (10) for providing a heat source and combusting odors, to combust forcibly admitted odorous gases； a steam generation means (30) which receives the heat source to generate and provide steam； a sterilization means (40) which receives the steam form the steam generation means (30) to heat the outer surface thereof, and agitates and heats organic waste admitted therein to perform sterilization； and a cyclone (50) which removes pollutants such as tar contained in the combustion heat discharged from the steam generation means (30) prior to discharging the heat to the outside.본 발명은 본 발명은 멸균공정을 악취제거와 연계하는 방식으로, 악취가스를 멸균 가열에 사용하는 연소로의 내부 복사열 구간으로 투입시켜 열산화 되도록 함으로써 악취가스의 메탄, 암모니아 등의 가스가 추가로 연소되고 냄새분자가 산화 분해되어 악취제거에 별도의 연료소모 없이 자체의 열로 효율적으로 악취제거와 멸균이 동시에 이루어 지게 하도록 하는 유기성 폐기물의 악취 및 멸균 처리시스템이다.본 발명은 버너(10)와 연결되어 열원을 제공하면서 악취를 연소하도록 하면서 강제적으로 유입되는 악취가스를 연소시키도록 하는 연소수단(20)과, 상기 연소수단(20)으로부터 열원을 제공받아 스팀을 발생시키어 제공하는 스팀발생수단(30)과, 상기 스팀발생수단(30)으로부터 스팀을 제공받아 외면을 가열하면서 내부에 투입되는 유기성 폐기물을 교반하면서 가열시키어 멸균기능을 수행하도록 하는 멸균수단(40)과, 상기 스팀발생수단(30)에서 배출되는 연소열에 포함되는 타르 등의 오염물질을 제거한 후 외부로 배기하도록 하는 사이클론(50)을 포함하여 이루어진다.
