PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and efforts for a photographing operation, and provide an image more suitable for the lateral cephalic measurement by using a filter and restoring bone information on a soft tissue part.SOLUTION: A cephalo X-ray imaging device 10 includes: an X-ray source 11 for emitting an X-ray X-ray detection means 12 for detecting an X-ray transmitting a subject, and outputting an original image 300 as an X-ray image and image processing means 20 for subjecting the original image 300 to predetermined image processing, and creating a lateral cephalic image 305.
