A cartridge apparatus, comprises a cartridge (242) defining a channel configured to hold a plurality of drug dosage forms (48) and adapted to be coupled to a drug dosage form delivery device, a plurality of drug dosage forms (48), disposed within the channel of the cartridge (242), and a pusher, (234) extending from outside of the channel to within the channel, such that in response to pressing on the pusher outside the channel, the pusher exerts compression, within the channel, on the plurality of drug dosage forms to dispense a first drug dosage form of the plurality of dosage forms (48) from the cartridge (242), for delivery into the drug dosage form delivery device.
