Compounds of Formula (I) are disclosed. The variables R1-R11 are described herein. Certain compounds of Formula (I) are partial agonists of the mu, delta, and kappa opioid receptors, and are useful for treating pain and opioid addiction, with fewer side effects than conventional opioids.
