PURPOSE: A digital X-ray image detecting device for scanning with a light switching method is provided to enable to increase an absorption rate of X-rays by using a conductive material and to have advantages of obtaining little noise and high DQE(Detection Quantum Efficiency). CONSTITUTION: A digital X-ray image detecting device for scanning with a light switching method comprises an X-ray PCL(Photo Conductive Layer)(120), a CAL(Charge Accumulation Layer)(130), a light generator(170), a lower electrode(150), a readout PCL(140), and a control unit. The X-ray PCL absorbs X-rays when projecting the X-rays, thereby generating an electron and a positive hole. The CAL stores the electron converted in the X-ray PCL. The light generator generating lights of predetermined frequencies for collecting image signals is formed of a plurality of line light sources. The lower electrode transmits the lights. The read output PCL generates the electron and the positive hole when receiving the transmitted lights, and combines the generated positive holes and the electrons collected in the CAL. The control unit turns on the line light sources successively.본 발명은, 엑스-선 조사시 엑스-선을 흡수하여 전자와 정공을 발생하는 엑스선 PCL(Photo Conductive Layer), 상기 엑스선 PCL에서 변환된 전자를 저장하는 CAL(Charge Accumulation Layer), 영상 신호를 수집하기 위해 소정의 파장을 갖는 광을 발생시키며, 복수 개의 라인광원으로 이루어진 광발생 장치, 상기 광을 투과시키는 하부전극, 투과된 상기 광을 쪼이면 전자와 정공을 발생시키고 발생된 상기 정공과 상기 CAL에 모인 전자를 결합시키는 readout PCL 및 상기 복수 개의 라인광원을 순차적으로 온시키는 제어부를 포함하는 광 스위칭 방식을 이용하여 스캐닝하기 위한 디지털 엑스-선 영상 검출기를 제공한다.
