PURPOSE: A perfume composition containing perfume ingredient of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi is provided to implement the specific perfume of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi and improve preference of perfume. CONSTITUTION: A perfume composition of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi contains perfume ingredient of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi, 1-otane-3-ol and methyl salicylate as an active ingredient. The perfume ingredient of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi is methyl anthranilate, linalool, aceto phenon, cis-3-hexenol and indole. The composition further comprises 4,8-Dimethyl-1,3(E),7-Nonatriene, Isovaleronitrile, Benzaldehyde, Benzyl Cyanide, Acetonitrile, Aldehyde C-6 2-Methyl Butyronitrile, and Cis-3-Hexenyl Acetate.본 발명은 SPME법에 의해 칡꽃의 향취성분으로서 메틸 안스라닐레이트(Methyl Anthranilate), 리날룰(Linalool), 아세토페논(Aceto Phenon), 시스-3-헥세놀(cis-3-hexenol), 인돌(indole) 등에, 1-옥텐-3-올(1-Octen-3-ol),메틸 살리실레이트(Methyl Salycylate)를 함유함으로써, 칡꽃 고유의 향취를 재현하면서 뛰어난 기호성을 갖는 향료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
