Tea shaping machine employing a pressing structure having three-axis simultaneous motion for fast pressing and shaping to increase productivity and save labor hours
The present invention provides a tea shaping machine, which comprises: a base a first pressing member configured with a platform a second pressing member disposed on the platform, wherein a first driving member is disposed between the second pressing member and the platform a third pressing member disposed opposite to the first pressing member, wherein a second driving member is disposed between the third pressing member and the base a fourth pressing member disposed on one side of the third pressing member, wherein a third driving member is disposed between the third and fourth pressing members and, a fifth pressing member disposed opposite to the fourth pressing member, wherein a fourth driving member is disposed between the fifth pressing member and the base. Through these members, a receiving space may be formed between the base and each pressing member for receiving tea leaves. Each driving member is controlled to actuate each pressing member to move simultaneously toward three X, Y and Z axial directions to press the tea leaves for fast shaping.
