PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lure in which a bite from a fish is improved without impairing operability and stability.SOLUTION: A nearly streamlined fishing lure includes: a metallic plate member a lure body 30 that fixedly holding the planar member in-between and a fishing hook 40. The planar member comprises: a projection 22 that protrudes from the tip end of the lure body 30 a line eye 24 for fixing the main fishing line 11 and a hook eye 25 for fixing the fishing hook 40. The hook eye 25 is situated on the side opposite from a lip 22, with the line eye 24 held in-between. The lure body 30 includes: a balancer for balancing so that the center of gravity is positioned on the projection 22 side of the entire lure and on the bottom side of the water and a cover for covering the balancer and having a lower specific gravity than the balancer.
