Disclosed are a prosthesis crown of gums and a prosthesis crown kit of gums, with which a surgical method is provided so that, even using one-piece one-time operation, a pretty appearance can be achieved with no gap formed between the prosthesis crown and the gums. The prosthesis crown of gums 1 is inserted with an abutment 13 of an one-piece type implant 10 into an insertion hole 4, and thus the shape of a gums hole G1 can be constantly maintained by burying a part of outer peripheral surface into the gums hole G1 without making a recession of gingival papilla and/or interdental papilla, so as to be supported by outer peripheral surface of a cap body 2. Thus, a prosthesis crown can be formed after being molded, and the prosthesis crown is buried under the gums hole G1 around the abutment 13 so that there is no gap formed between the gums G. Therefore, even using one-piece one-time operation, the surgical method can achieve a pretty appearance with no gap formed between the prosthesis crown and the gums. In addition, for continuously increasing pretty appearance, in comparison with the prior two-piece type implant, the surgical operation using the simple one-piece type implant is easy and convenient so as to greatly reduce the burden of a patient in physical body, consciousness and expense.
