The locking detection unit includes: a detection lock (90) connected with a slider (12c) of the zipper (12)； and a lock detection part arranged on the ozone supply apparatus (20) and configured to detect a lock inserting concave part (417) that accepts the detection lock (90) and the detection lock (90). The detection lock (90) does not reach the lock inserting concave part (417) in a state that the zipper (12) is completely opened, and reaches the lock inserting concave part (417) in a state that the zipper (12) is completely closed.
