The present invention comprises: vitamin B1 lauryl sulfate which is a vitamin B1 derivative capable of controlling effective microorganisms without killing the effective microorganisms while having a sterilization effect, an algicidal effect, an antibacterial effect and an antimicrobial effect； organic acid, wherein at least one among citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, adipic acid, phytic acid and glycine is mixed； an effective microorganism culture medium, wherein effective microorganisms having sterilizing power, antibacterial activity and antioxidative activity are dissolved； and purified water, thereby increasing sterilizing power, antibacterial activity, antioxidativity rate and the duration thereof. And, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a microbicide composition using the effective microorganisms and vitamin B1 derivative, which is environment-friendly and harmless to humans because of the nontoxic properties.본 발명은 살균, 살조, 항균 및 항미 기능을 갖으면서도 유용미생물군을 죽이지 않고 컨트롤할 수 있는 비타민-B1 유도체인 비타민-B1 라우릴황산염과, 구연산, 젖산, 사과산, 아디핀산, 피틴산 및 글리신들 중 적어도 1종 이상이 혼합된 유기산과, 항균력, 탈취력 및 항산화 기능을 갖는 유용미생물이 용해된 유용미생물군 배양액과, 정제수로 구성됨으로써 살균력, 항균력, 항산화율 및 이들의 지속시간이 증가될 뿐만 아니라 독성이 없어 친환경적이면서도 인체에 무해한 비타민-B1 유도체 및 유용미생물을 이용한 살균용 조성물을 제공하기 위한 것이다.
