PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing patelet rich plasma(PRP) is provided to obtain stable PRP by blocking contact of blood with the outside. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing patelet rich plasma comprises: a step of collecting blood from human or animal； a step of centrifuging blood and separating in blood corpuscle layer(110)/PRP layer(130)/PPP(platelet-poor plasma) layer； a step of separating blood corpuscle layer/PRP layer/PPP layer between filters； and a step of removing exposed PPP component and transferring only PRP component through a Luer-Lok adopter(300) to the other container.본 발명은 다혈소판 혈장의 분리방법에 있어서, 인간 또는 동물로부터 혈액을 채혈하는 단계； 용기에 수용된 혈액을 원심분리하여 혈구층/PRP층/PPP층으로 분리하는 단계； 상기 분리된 혈액을 다시 원심분리하되, 용기 내에 장착된 서로 다른 크기의 필터를 포함하는 피스톤을 이용하여 상기 필터들 사이에 각각 혈구층/PRP층/PPP층을 위치하도록 분리하는 단계； 상기 노출된 PPP 성분을 제거하고 상기 PRP 성분만을 루어락아답터를 통하여 다른 용기로 이송시키는 단계를 포함하는 다혈소판 혈장의 분리방법을 제공한다.
