PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain wave measurement device capable of easily and safely measuring a brain wave, and easily determining a risk of dementia when determining a risk of dementia by measuring a brain wave.SOLUTION: A brain wave measurement device 1 includes a body 5 equipped with a measurement part 7 and a connector 8 for outputting a brain wave signal to an external device, and a reference electrode 32 that can be brought into contact with a portion where a potential signal, which is a reference in the measurement of an activation brain wave of a subject, can be acquired.
