PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embolic material for vascular channel that is eliminated in vivo after a predetermined period of time after being implanted in an aneurysm of a blood vessel, and can reduce the burden on patients.SOLUTION: The embolic material is composed of an aggregate 2 in which biodegradable polymer fibers 4 are aggregated in a non-woven and non-knitted state. The aggregate 2 is aggregated by overlapping a plurality layers of a non-woven fabric 3 obtained by forming biodegradable polymer fibers 4 into a sheet shape in a non-woven and non-knitted state. The biodegradable polymer fibers 4 are made of a polymer having a biocompatibility. The embolic material 1 is eliminated in vivo after a predetermined period of time after being implanted in an aneurysm of a blood vessel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】血管の動脈瘤に植え込んだ後一定期間経過後、生体内で消失し、患者に与える負荷を小さくできる脈管用塞栓材を提供する。
