The present invention discloses a signal processing system for standardizing the characteristic time of creature physiological signal by a trigger device which may monitor the explicit characteristic behavior of the creature or the surrounding environment-specific variation, which employs a trigger device to trigger a time standardizing device to generate a time signal, and makes a signal processing device receiving the time signal through a transmission interface. The signal processing device may compensate the delay time of the transmission interface, the trigger device and the time standardizing device by signal processing to obtain a correction time signal employing a sensing device to measure a creature physiological signal and transmit to the signal processing device, so that the signal processing device may add the correction time signal into the retrieved physiological signal based on the correction time signal or retrieve the physiological signal corresponding to the period of the correction time signal.
