The present invention relates to a portable acupressure device. The portable acupressure device includes an acupressure part in which first and second acupressure members are pivotally coupled to each other with respect to a pivot axis, a length adjustment member coupled to a side of the first acupressure member, a first acupressure support movably disposed on the length adjustment member, and a second acupressure support disposed on a side of the second acupressure member. Thus, a user can continuously perform acupressure treatment on a predetermined portion of the human body to be treated by using the first and second acupressure supports that are pivoted by the pivotable acupressure part (the first and second acupressure members) without performing the acupressure treatment on a portion of the human body by directly using a user&prime；s hand or foot.
