Disclosed is a solid substantially water-soluble adjuvant composition comprising a liquid surfactant having a viscosity of less than about 100 mPa.s at 20 degrees Celsius and particulate ammonium sulfate, the liquid surfactant being supported on the ammonium sulphate. Also disclosed is a flowable, solid, substantially water-soluble composition and a method for preparing the compositions which includes milling the particulate ammonium sulphate.
