The present invention relates to an emotional brain electric wave imaging method, and more particularly to an emotional brain electric wave imaging that serves as a biomarker for clinic diagnosis and treatment efficacy monitoring of autism spectrum disorders, which comprises a step of acquiring emotional voices, a step of establishing six fundamental emotional voice database, a step of implementing collection and analysis of emotional mismatch negativity, and a step of establishing diagnosis/monitoring biomarker.
