Thereby, because the blood amount sampled is sufficient, in addition to being used for blood sugar testing, the device can completely replace the traditional blood sampling means by syringe, and providesdifferent detection uses.一種免針筒式指尖負壓採血器，係包括一手指放置區、一基座、一採血針管、一本體、一穿刺針控制機構、一採血針管護蓋及一負壓採血管所構成。藉此，本創作透過按壓將穿刺針彈出穿刺指尖，經由毛細作用收集血液樣本於抽血管中，然後利用三通管使採血針管與抽血管連通後，再藉著負壓將抽血管內血液運送至負壓採血管中，在血液足量後直接抽離該負壓採血管即可，相當方便快速。由於本創作所抽取之血液份量足，除了可用於血糖測試，亦可完全取代傳統以針筒方式抽血進行化驗，提供不同檢測用途。
