PURPOSE: An automatic hand movement apparatus for rehabilitation is provided to enable an old person to exercise and to perform self-rehabilitation. CONSTITUTION: An automatic hand movement apparatus for rehabilitation comprises a body part and 5 finger parts which are connected to the body part. The finger parts have a thumb part(15), an index finger part(11), a middle finger part(12), a ring finger part(13), and a little finger part(14). The index finger part, the middle finger part, the ring finger part, and the little finger part are formed in parallel. The thumb part is perpendicular with respect to the other finger parts. Each finger part comprises: a first link which is rotationally connected to the upper inside of the body part； a second link which is rotationally connected to the lower inside of the body part； and a third link which is rotationally connected to the other end of the second link.본 발명은, 몸체부 및 상기 몸체부에 연결된 5개의 손가락부를 포함하는 자동 손 재활 운동 장치로서, 상기 손가락부는 상기 몸체부 내부로부터 외부로 연장하는 엄지부, 검지부, 약지부, 중지부, 및 소지부를 포함하되, 상기 검지부, 약지부, 중지부, 및 소지부는 일 방향으로 평행하며, 상기 엄지부는 상기 일방향과 수직방향이고, 상기 손가락부 각각은, 상기 몸체부 내부 상부에 일단이 회전가능하게 연결된 제 1링크； 상기 몸체부 내부 하부에 일단이 회전가능하게 연결된 제 2링크； 및 상기 제 2링크의 타단에 일단이 회전가능하게 연결되며, 상기 제 1링크의 타단에 나머지 임의의 부분이 회전가능하게 연결된 제 3링크를 포함하며, 상기 검지부, 약지부, 중지부, 및 소지부 각각의 상기 제 2링크의 일단은 동시에 회전하도록 축으로 연결되며, 상기 엄지부의 제 2링크의 일단은 상기 검지부의 제 2링크의 일단과 기어에 의해 함께 회전함으로써, 상기 손가락부 중 임의의 하나의 구동에 의해 나머지 손가락부 모두가 동시에 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 손 재활 운동 장치에 관한 것이다. 이에 의해 하나의 모터를 사용한 자동 손 재활 운동 장치에 의해 혈액 순환을 촉진할 수 있다. 또한, 손이 마미된 환자가 사용시, 스스로 재활 운동을 할 수 있어, 치료사가 부족한 현 환경에서 지속적인 재활 치료가 가능하다.
