The present invention relates to a method for cultivating wild ginseng and wild ginseng cultivated by the same, comprising: a preparation step of preparing wild ginseng seeds by gathering the seeds from natural wild ginseng or wild ginseng grown through a following sowing step； a seed pretreatment step of removing pulp from the wild ginseng seeds gathered through the preparation step and stratifying the seeds； a sowing site pretreatment step comprising a covering step of covering up the seeds with a leaf mold layer having a 9 to 11 cm thickness on the ground of the pre-set sowing site； and a sowing step of removing the covered leaf mold layer in 20 to 30 hours after performing the covering step, to prepare sowing holes having a 1 to 2 cm depth on the ground of the sowing site, sow the seeds, which have undergone the seed pretreatment step, and then cover up the seeds with the leaf mold layer. The above preparation, seed pretreatment, sowing site pretreatment and sowing steps are repeated at least three times. When the above preparation step is conducted for the first time, the wild ginseng seeds are prepared by gathering the seeds from natural wild ginseng. While the step is conducted for the second time, the wild ginseng seeds are prepared by gathering the seeds from wild ginseng grown through the previous sowing step.본 발명은 산삼 재배 방법 및 이를 통해 재배된 산삼에 관한 것으로, 자연산삼 또는 하기 파종 단계를 거쳐 자란 산삼으로부터 채종(採種)을 통해 산삼종자를 준비하는 준비단계； 상기 준비단계를 통해 채종된 산삼종자의 과육 제거 및 개갑(開匣) 처리를 수행하는 종자 전처리단계； 기 설정된 파종지의 지면상에 9 내지 11cm의 두께를 갖춘 부엽토 층을 복토(覆土)하는 복토단계를 포함하는 파종지 전처리단계； 및 상기 복토단계 수행 20 내지 30시간 경과 후, 복토된 부엽토 층을 걷어 상기 파종지의 지면상에 1 내지 2 cm의 깊이로 파종홈을 마련하여 상기 종자 전처리 단계를 거친 산삼종자를 파종한 뒤 다시 걷은 부엽토 층을 덮는 파종단계；를 포함하며, 상기 준비단계, 종자 전처리 단계, 파종지 전처리단계 및 파종단계는 적어도 3회 이상 반복 진행되고, 상기 준비단계가 최초 진행될 시에는 자연산삼 으로부터 채종을 통해 산삼종자를 준비하고, 2회차 이상 진행될 시에는 앞 선 상기 파종 단계를 거쳐 자란 산삼으로부터 채종을 통해 산삼종자를 준비한다.
