PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat ray control sheet that reduces heat rays taken in a time zone in which the quantity of solar radiation is high and suitably takes heat rays in not in the time zone while securing natural lighting in a room.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat ray control sheet 10 which includes a plurality of heat ray transmission parts 11 and a plurality of heat ray absorption parts 12. The heat ray absorption parts 12 have a total heat ray transmissivity of 50% or larger, and the plurality of heat ray absorption parts 12 and the heat ray transmission parts 11 arrayed alternately in one direction parallel to a sheet surface 10s so that the heat ray absorption parts 12 have a predetermined pitch Pa. In a cross section parallel to the one direction and perpendicular to the sheet surface 10s, a cross sectional shape of each of the heat ray absorption parts 12 has a width Wa in a width direction and a height Ta in a thickness direction, and satisfies relations shown by expressions (1) and (2).
