The present invention relates to a suture thread anchor, especially, a lateral portion-opened suture thread anchor used to re-immobilize soft tissues to bones. To this end, the suture thread anchor comprises: an external anchor inserted and fixated on an attachment area and having a plurality of screw thread projections on an outer surface； and an internal screw insertedly coupled to the external anchor.
