An inner sheet 6 is provided in the respective first lateral zones 11 with mount members 13, 14 defining first engagement regions and hook elements 15, 16 of mechanical fastener are attached to a chassis 2 via these mount members 13, 14. The respective second lateral zones 12 of the inner sheet 6 define second engagement regions and provided with loop elements 17, 18 attached thereto. The front and rear waist regions 8, 9 are provided with waist elastic members 21 attached thereto under tension so as to extend in the transverse direction X. The mount members 13, 14 are formed by fibrous sheet adapted to be engaged with the hook members 15, 16 and thereby define third engagement regions.
