The present invention relates to a method of treatment and/or ameliorating the symptoms of Huntingtons disease comprising the step of administering an effective amount of adenosine triphosphate, co-carboxylase, nicotinamide, and cyanocobalamin in a physiologically acceptable carrier to an individual in need thereof. Preferably, the administration is via intramuscular injection.
