The present invention relates to a device and a method for extracting active ingredients of propolis. An ultrasonic wave vibrator is disposed in an optimal position, and ultrasonic waves are applied to an extracted solvent, so molecular movement is activated. Also, extracted raw ingredients are pulverized, so active ingredients of an extract are improved. Extraction time is reduced, and a yield is improved. The device comprises: a treating tank produced in a triple structure, and having a manhole and a feeding pipe which are formed to feed propolis conglobation (beehive) and ethanol an agitator mounted in the treating tank, and agitating the propolis conglobation and ethanol an ultrasonic vibrator prepared at the bottom of the treating tank, and vibrated by frequencies generated from the ultrasonic oscillator a cooling means for collecting an evaporated part of ethanol generated from the treating tank during propolis extraction into the treating tank and a temperature control means for constantly maintaining temperature in the treating tank.
