[Solution] A method for manufacturing a needle-shaped body that includes a needle-shaped projection and a support base for supporting the projection, the method for manufacturing a needle-shaped body is characterized by including: a process of supplying an aqueous solution of a material forming a projection-side-layer to an intaglio plate having a recess that corresponds to the projection； a process of supplying an aqueous solution of a material forming a support-base-side-layer to the intaglio plate； a process of drying the aqueous solution in the intaglio plate to form a needle-shaped body； and a process of peeling the needle-shaped body from the intaglio plate, in that the aqueous solution of the material forming a projection-side-layer and the aqueous solution of the material forming a support-base-side-layer are a liquid-liquid dispersion system.
