PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To agitate an inner liquid inside a balloon by giving direct vibrations to the balloon and to surely eliminate a temperature difference between upper and lower parts due to convection heat inside the balloon.SOLUTION: A balloon 6 is installed between the distal end part 4 of an outer cylinder shaft 2 and the distal end part 5 of an inner cylinder shaft 3 that are slidable with each other. An electrode 7 for high frequency energizing as an electrode to which a high frequency is energized for heating and a temperature sensor 8 for detecting a temperature are installed inside the balloon 6, and a vibration generator 10 for giving vibrations to the inside of the balloon 6 is installed near the distal end part of a high frequency heating balloon catheter.
