PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent indoor condensation of a decontaminating gas.SOLUTION: The indoor decontaminating gas concentration C is adjusted at a set goal concentration Cm by adjusting the input quantity Lg, per unit time, of an aqueous decontaminant solution W into a decontaminating gas generator 2 so as to adjust the quantity Vg of the decontaminating gas G generated per unit time, whereas the gain magnitude xg, per unit time, of the indoor humidity x is computed in this concentration-adjusted state based on the input quantity Lg, per unit time, of the aqueous decontaminant solution W so as to determine whether or not the condensation of the indoor decontaminating gas G will occur during the decontaminating operation based on the computed value of the gain magnitude xg, per unit time, of the indoor humidity x and on the concomitantly measured value of the indoor humidity x, and in a case where the condensation of the indoor decontaminating gas G is determined to occur during the decontaminating operation, the indoor space of a target room 1 is dehumidified by operating a dehumidifier 3, whereas in a case where the condensation of the indoor decontaminating gas G is determined not to occur during the decontaminating operation, the operation of the dehumidifier 3 is stopped.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】除染ガスの室内凝縮を防止する。【解決手段】除染ガス発生器2に対する除染剤水溶液Wの単位時間あたりの投入量Lgを調整して除染ガスGの単位時間あたりの発生量Vgを調整することで、室内除染ガス濃度Cを設定目標濃度Cmに調整し、この濃度調整状態において除染剤水溶液Wの単位時間あたりの投入量Lgに基づき室内湿度xの単位時間あたりの上昇量xgを演算することで、除染実施中において室内除染ガスGの凝縮が生じるか否かを、室内湿度xの単位時間あたりの上昇量xgの演算値と、その時点における室内湿度xの計測値とに基づいて判定し、この判定において除染実施中に室内除染ガスGの凝縮が生じるときには除湿機3を運転して対象室1の室内を除湿し、この判定において除染実施中に室内除染ガスGの凝縮が生じないときには除湿機3の運転を停止する。【選択図】図1
