PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measuring device capable of making an accurate blood pressure measurement state before blood pressure measurement.SOLUTION: A blood pressure measuring device 100 includes fluid circuits LC1, LC2 and a control part 65. The control part 65 has a first preparation processing part 65A, a second preparation processing part 65B, and a measurement processing part 65D which are operated in a state that the blood pressure measuring device 100 is fitted. The first preparation processing part 65A discharges fluid remaining in a sensing cuff 40 to the atmosphere via the fluid circuits by operating a pressing cuff 30. The second preparation processing part 65B stores pressure transmission fluid of a previously set amount in the sensing cuff 40 from a pump 71 via the fluid circuits LC1, LC2.
