PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively manufacturing a crystalline porous organic inorganic hybrid and the crystalline porous organic inorganic hybrid manufactured thereby.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method including a step for manufacturing a reaction mixture containing one or more inorganic metal precursor, one or more organic compounds which can act as a ligand and a solvent (step 1), where a molar ratio of the solvent to the inorganic metal precursor is 50 or less in the reaction mixture and the solvent is water, and a step for forming a crystalline porous organic inorganic hybrid through a reaction by heating the reaction mixture (step 2), where the reaction by heating is conducted at pressure of 100 kPa.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】結晶性の多孔性有機・無機混成体を効果的に製造する方法、及びそれにより製造される結晶性の多孔性有機・無機混成体の提供。【解決手段】一つ以上の無機金属前駆体、一つ以上のリガンドとして作用することができる有機化合物及び溶媒を含有する反応物混合液を製造するステップ（ステップ１）であって、前記反応混合液のうち、無機金属前駆体に対する溶媒のモル比が５０以下で、溶媒が水であるステップ；及び前記反応物混合液から加熱による反応を通じて結晶性有機・無機混成体を形成するステップ（ステップ２）であって、加熱による反応は、１００ｋＰａの圧力で行なわれるステップを含む製造方法。【選択図】なし
