An agrochemical preparation containing an agrochemically active substance and a polymer dispersant, which is a water-soluble polymer of structure (I) where R, R and R are independently H, CH, COOH and UNCHC, where X = a bridging group such as R represents a hydrophobic residue which is selected from linear or branched chain alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or alkaryl； B is a residue obtained from the polymerization of an olefin-unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer and its salts； IC is a residue obtained from the polymerization of an olefin unsaturated sulfonic acid monomer or a phosphonic acid monomer and its salts. 2. The agrochemical preparation according to claim 1, wherein the preparation is in the form of a suspension concentrate (SC), emulsified suspension (SE), wettable powder (WP), or water-dispersible granules (WDG). The agrochemical preparation according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said agrochemically active substance is selected from the group consisting of herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, biocides, molluscicides, algaecides, plant growth regulators, anthelmintics, rodenticides, nematicides, acaricides, amoebicides, protozoacots crops and excipients. 4.
