In certain embodiments, the method comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of an inhibitor of Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, non-salt amorphous form, solvate, poly-morph, tautomer or prodrug thereof.
