Provided are a method for preparing a bee bread for a honeybee feed and a bee bread prepared thereby. The bee bread of the present invention is extremely similar to natural pollen which is a nutrient that honeybees collect and produce directly, and thus is palatable to honeybees while having high nutritional value and excellent economic advantage. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: compressing natural pollen in a rolling machine； combining the compressed natural pollen, a main ingredient made of mixed feed containing plant proteins and hyphae, fermentation liquid, sugar and water in a blender to produce a composition； molding the composition to have a predetermined weight in a molding machine and at the same time and cutting the composition to produce a molded product； measuring the weight of the produced molded product； packaging the measured molded product with plastic packages； packaging the molded product packaged in plastic packages into a predetermined number of units； and aging the molded product packaged in the predetermined number of units in a heating cabinet. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a bee bread which can supply sufficient nutrients to honeybees or larvae thereof and can be supplied to beekeeping farms at an inexpensive cost.꿀벌들이 직접 채취하여 제조하는 영양분인 자연화분과 가장 유사하여 꿀벌에게는 기호도가 높으면서 영양가 또한 뛰어남은 물론 경제성도 우수한 조건을 가질 수 있도록 자연화분을 롤링기에서 압착하는 단계； 상기 압착된 자연화분과, 식물성 단백질과 균사체 배합사료로 이루어진 주원료와, 발효액, 설탕 및 물을 배합기에서 배합하여 조성물을 마련하는 단계； 상기 조성물을 성형기에서 소정의 중량을 갖도록 성형과 동시에 절단하여 성형물을 제작하는 단계； 상기 제작된 성형물의 중량을 계량하는 단계； 상기 계량된 성형물을 비닐 포장하는 단계； 상기 비닐 포장된 성형물을 소정 갯 수로 단위포장 하는 단계； 및 상기 소정 갯 수로 포장된 성형물을 온장고에서 숙성하는 단계；를 포함하는 꿀벌 사료용 화분 떡 제조방법 및 그 화분 떡을 제공한다. 그에 따라 꿀벌이나 유충 등이 부족함 없이 원활하게 영양분을 섭취할 수 있는 효과와 함께 양봉 농가에는 저렴한 비용으로 제공할 수 있는 효과 또한 가진다.
