A connector for attaching first and second implant components, comprising:a first member configured to be coupled to the first implant componentan interface configured to couple the first member to the first implant component, the first member having a male taper, the male taper being angularly offset relative to an axis of rotation of the first member anda second member having a female taper for receiving the male taper, the female taper matching the male taper such that an axis of rotation of the second member is not aligned with the axis of rotation of the first member, the second member having a male taper that is angularly offset relative to the axis of rotation of the second member, the male taper of the second member being configured to couple the second member to the second implant component such that an axis of rotation of the second implant component is not aligned with the axis of rotation of the second member.
