The present invention relates to a composition for an insect repellent film containing an octagonal fennel oil as an active ingredient, a composite functional multilayer film using the same, and the like, and may use an octagonal oil as a natural insect repellent to replace synthetic insect repellents. Therefore, it is possible to solve the consumer's anxiety about synthetic insect repellents by using it in food packaging materials. In addition, while the multi-layer film of the present invention has a complex function of insect repellent and antimicrobial, the repellent and antimicrobial materials are different from each other It is possible to effectively protect food from bacterial propagation and invasion of larvae by diverging each of them, so high utilization is expected as a packaging material with excellent convenience, economic efficiency, and food distribution safety.본 발명은 팔각회향 오일을 유효성분으로 포함하는 방충 필름용 조성물과 이를 이용한 복합 기능성 다층 필름 등에 관한 것으로서, 팔각회향 오일을 천연 방충 물질로서 합성 방충제를 대체할 수 있다. 따라서 이를 식품 포장재에 이용하여 합성 방충제에 대한 소비자의 불안을 해소할 수 있으며, 또한, 본 발명의 다층 필름은 방충 및 항균의 복합 기능을 동시에 가지면서, 방충 물질 및 항균 물질이 필름의 서로 다른 면으로 각각 발산하도록 하여 세균의 번식과 유충의 침입으로부터 효과적으로 식품을 보호할 수 있는바, 편의성, 경제성 및 식품 유통안전성이 우수한 포장재 소재로서 높은 활용도가 기대된다.
